What areas do you service?We proudly serve all of Northwest Florida, including Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, and Walton counties. We are also happy to serve you outside of these areas, although a travel fee may apply. Please call, text, or email us to request a quote!

How do I book an appointment?Booking an appointment has never been easier! Click here to be taken to our client portal, where you can schedule your appointment at a date and time that works for you. You are also welcome to call, text, or email us to schedule.

How soon can you schedule my appointment? How much notice do you need?One of the great things about working with us is our flexibility in scheduling and our open availability. Typically, we can fit you in our schedule as soon as the next day. In some cases, we may even be able to fit you in the same day. We do, however, appreciate as much notice as possible!

What should I do to prepare my listing for professional photography?We recommend preparing the home just as you would for a showing. This includes cleaning the home, de-cluttering and de-personalizing the interior, opening blinds, and turning on all interior lights. Click here to download our handy home preparation checklist!

How long does it take for you to photograph the listing?The duration of your appointment will vary depending on the size of the property and the services we are providing for you. When you schedule your appointment, our scheduling software will provide you with the window of time that we have allotted for the appointment. For reference, a photos-only session on a small home (1,500 sq. ft. or less) will take approximately 30 to 40 minutes.

What is your turnaround time?We provide next-day turnaround on nearly all of our products. The only exceptions to our next-day turnaround are our editing add-on services (virtual twilight and virtual staging) and our video products. These are delivered the second day after your appointment, though we work to get them to you as quickly as possible!

Do I need to be present for my photo session?We absolutely love meeting our clients on-site, but it is not required! If you are not able to attend your appointment, we can access the property via the Supra system or via a combination lockbox or door keypad.

What if there is inclement weather on the day of our appointment?No problem at all!We can simply reschedule your appointment for another day with nicer weather.Alternatively, we can photograph the inside of the property and then return on a separate day for an additional fee.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?No worries! We understand that schedules change and things happen that are out of our control. You can reschedule your appointment via our client portal, or by contacting us via phone call, text, or email. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment date/time may be subject to a fee.

How can I pay my invoice and access my media?Payment and delivery are facilitated through our client portal. We require clients to pay their invoice in full prior to releasing any media to the client. We accept payment in the form of debit/credit card, check, or Venmo. Your media is stored in your account for you, so you can download and access all your media at any time.
